The Secret to Persuasive Communication

Clients often ask me: How do you develop convincing product claims and compelling brand messages that appeal to the target groups? Here is my recommendation:

Know the 7 “C”s of Great Claims

1  Clear: Easy to understand

2  Concise: Short and to the point

3  Credible: Supported by scientific, technical or clinical data

4  Consistent: In line with other sources such as guidelines

5  Continuous: Constant over time

6  Competent: Showing your product and customer know-how

7  Caring: Of relevance to the target group, meaning it has to provide a benefit to the customer.

Recommendation
